Milburn have faced consistent comparisons to fellow Sheffield neighbours Arctic Monkeys, and, 'What Will You Do [When The Money Goes]?,' the latest offering from the four piece will make it difficult not to once again. The chanting chorus’s and progressive building throughout the song scream the Arctics, especially when at times it sounds suspiciously like ‘If You Were There Beware’. Surprisingly, Blondie’s ‘Atomic’ springs straight to mind when the track begins and there are moments of The Coral when the song falls out of the chorus. The song is more produced then it needs to be and will surely sound more anthemic live on their upcoming September tour.
Released 17/09/2007 on Mercury Records.
